YOUR TASKS

  • You will be the architect of our security strategy by expanding and maintaining our comprehensive information security management system (based on VDA®-ISA / TISAX®).
  • You will be responsible for continuously reviewing and updating our information security policy and managing the implementation of information security measures.
  • You will act as a sparring partner for our management in all matters relating to information security, including risk analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
  • You will support the sales department in matters relating to information security in connection with tenders and system or solution enhancements.
  • You will be the point of contact for customers, external auditors, and the development and operations departments in connection with internal or external penetration tests (WASA).
  • You will ensure the quality of our service providers by conducting comprehensive audits.
  • Raising employee awareness of information security is an important part of your role, so you will conduct internal training to ensure that information security is embedded in all areas of the company.
  • You will improve the efficiency and quality of our IT services in the context of information security by modeling and optimizing processes.
  • You will be responsible for handling security incidents in cooperation with the affected departments and ensuring that emergency management is secured.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree in computer science, information technology, or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of experience in comparable positions, particularly in the field of information security
  • Additional certifications in information security and IT service management (e.g., TISAX, BSI, ISO) are an advantage
  • Experience in implementing and supporting information security management systems (ISMS)
  • Experience in preparing and conducting internal and external audits
    Knowledge of SOX compliance is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of conducting service provider audits and processing tenders in the field of information security
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, especially when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and operate successfully in a dynamic environment
  • Good knowledge of relevant IT technologies and infrastructures
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
    Fluent German is necessary.
