YOUR TASKS

  • You process and accompany tenders, consolidate responses with the departments
  • You create and process offers and actively follow up open opportunities until the order is created
  • In addition, your responsibilities include order processing, accounts receivable management and data maintenance in BCS and SharePoint
  • You communicate with our customers on a daily basis
  • Furthermore, you regularly carry out system measurements, communicate discrepancies to the customer and update the invoices.
  • You create contracts and data protection agreements
  • You are in constant coordination / interaction with the departments of sales and account management, management, accounting, project managers, partner management
  • Preparation and evaluation of key figures for the management board
  • Support in the planning, organization and implementation of events and trade fairs

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable course of study
  • Professional experience in internal sales is desirable
  • An independent way of working, a high willingness to learn as well as the ability to work in a team characterize you
  • A high level of resilience and above-average commitment are among your top skills, along with a confident manner and strong communication skills.
  • You have very good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
  • You have a very good command of german and english, both written and spoken
    Fluent German is necessary
  • You work in a structured and independent manner
