YOUR TASKS

  • Responsibility for long-term and mutually sustainable cooperation with personally assigned existing customers
  • Close and continuous communication with your existing customers with the aim of continuously optimizing the use of our products
  • Presentation of our portfolio and our products (system presentations) as well as advice on our business model – by telephone, online, and on site
  • Processing and monitoring tenders, including consolidating responses with the specialist departments
  • Preparing and processing quotations and actively following up on open opportunities until the order is placed
  • Preparing contracts and data protection agreements
  • Responsibility for quotation management, contract drafting, and implementation management
  • Order processing, accounts receivable management, and data maintenance in BCS and SharePoint
  • Close coordination with sales, account management, management, accounting, project management, and partner management
  • Preparation and evaluation of key figures for the management board
  • Support in the planning, organization, and implementation of events and trade fairs

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration – comparable qualifications are also welcome
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or (key) account management
  • Solid IT skills and a high affinity for digital products
  • Confident manner and experience in conversation, presentation, and sales at all levels
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • High resilience, perseverance, and a structured approach to work
